The Incessant Ramblings of Ashlin

• Made up my mind & went for my haircut (after weighing the pros & cons of  short hair vs. long hair)

• Went for a M.A.C. makeover

• Went for dinner with Eleanor , Shen, & Ricardo @ Modesto’s, Plaza Damas (not very recommended…service was pretty crap, we had to change our order 3 times cos the waiter kept coming back telling us what we ordered either finished or was not available & the food was nothing great!!). Anyways, finally met Shen & Ricardo (nice meeting the both of you….hmmmm btw, I expected Ricardo to be a lil more talkative…hehehehe)

• Case’s Tree house party!! It was an awesome party & I’m SO in love with his “tree house”. Met Ee Von, whom I haven’t seen in years since I left Hartamas. (gurl, ur looking fine!! sori i didn’t say bye, couldn’t find u when i was leaving). Saw a couple of familiar faces….BUT…I was feeling a lil anti-social (maybe more of guilt-trip feeling that I was out partying 2 days before my next paper!!L). Anyways, I left super early, just when the party was starting to heat up & everybody’s getting their “frequency” altered eg Ellen :p …boo hoo. Even my Parents weren’t at home when i reached. My mum actually asked if I wasn’t feeling well cos she was surprised I came back so early when I called her to tell her I was home!! L Ashlin deserves a BEST DAUGHTER AWARD!!!

Anyways, it was a more upbeat weekend to my soon to be non-existent social life. Sighhhh…life as an ACCA student…

I was searching my drawer for something & i found my hair bands (which i bought 2 days before i cut my hair short). & for some stupid reason i suddenly missed tying my hair. I remember my mum telling me that i do not have the features to sport a short hairdo prior to my haircut & i told her … so what, i’ll just have bad hair days for 3 months!

      it turned out, she liked my short hair & i loved it even more. BUT now… my hair is neither long nor short…should i just bear with the 3 months of bad hair days…OR get a bloody hair cut tomorrow? Ggrrrrrr….

*@&# ! You have no idea how frustrated i was sitting in the exam hall for 3 freaking hours staring so hard at my Advanced Taxation question paper, i swear if i stared any harder… it would end up in shreds.

      Half the blardi paper could have been in Greek & it wouldn’t have made any difference! i admit i haven’t been all that attentive to my lessons this semester, but i was attentive enough to know that half of todays paper was on topics which we were not taught!!!! i couldn’t even find topics like acquisition of foreign companies or foreign service client in the blardi text book!!! & they were examined!!!

      Partnership? that was a topic i learnt for my part 2 tax paper…and it was never mentioned for this part 3 tax paper… yet it was again examined…in THREE freaking questions!!! as i sat there picking my brain as to what’s left of my knowledge on partnership…i found that there was no relevance to what i have learnt from the previous semester to that for this paper!! WTF??!!

    How the hell am i supposed to pass this ridiculous paper???!!!

boo hoo…one stinky paper down…..three stinky papers to go…..

     I was awaken by the sound of blardi horns wailing around my area at blardi 10am….irritated….i went downstairs in time to catch a glimpse of a fire brigade passing by outside my house. @&#%…. the first thing which came to mind was…the hill up my road probably caught fire or something….who knows..maybe those blardi monkeys were smoking pot up there ( & when i say monkeys…i really mean monkeys…the ones with tails!!)

     So i rushed outside, but i didn’t see any smoke or smell anything burning….only then i saw the SAME fire brigade passing by with the SAME horn wailing….& this went on for the next hour or so. What the hell were they doing?? fire drill?? were they expecting the entire neighbourhood to evacuate?? it’s a blardi sunday morning!!! i think i should go lodge a complaint…sue them for causin unescessary unrest & bringin distraught to the residents…..

      My exams start tomorrow…eventhough i don’t think i’m fully prepared…my brain refuses to read anymore…so now i’m wasting time online (since my mum put me on a "safe & sound quarantine"…i couldn’t go shopping with Eleanor boo hoo)…feeling super bored, hyper, irritated, stupid, restless…..i’m f**king miserable…& what better way to add to my misery…Soul Asylum’s Misery is playing for the 6th time on my media player.

I hate ACCA!! & hate myself more for being such a smart ass to register for 4 papers!!

please excuse me….i wanna go bang my head on the wall some more…

Let me assure you that Pat is very much straight…although sometimes his partner in crime, Alex leads me to think otherwise. hahahaha

        Anyways, i have given Pat a mission…that the next time he goes to Spicy’s…he has to sing the Kira-kira song to the psycho fella. & he will report back on how the fella reacts…..hmmmm…something tells me that the fella might just sing along with Pat & it might end with the psycho fella hugging & kissing poor Pat *gasp* or maybe i should have passed the mission over to Alex….

oh well….just stay tune for the next episode of…….THE SPICY’S PSYCHO!!!
